Boss Headphones

With this new age of automobiles has come a whole new form of entertainment; the mobile dvd player and the Boss headphones that go along with them.  This isn’t actually as new as a lot of people like to pretend though.  I know a lot of people my parents’  age (50’s and 60’s) like to try to pretend that its my generation that came up with these wild ideas but the truth is I remember watching VHS tapes in my parent’s minivan way back in the 80s so the mobile entertainment isn’t all that new at all.   What is new is the buzz around Dvd players instead of VHS and I’m sure soon we’ll even be moving toward blueray in cars and trucks.

As someone who previously sold cars one thing I know is that the headphones that come with factory entertainment systems rarely last as long as they should.  This is where replacement headphones such as Boss Headphones come into play.  Boss headphones are much more affordable that the dealer equivalent yet produce near the same sound quality.  In fact recently when the headphones in my Chevy Tahoe went out I went shopping for a new set of headphones myself.  I came across a number of different models including the Boss Audio HS-IR wireless headphones with infrared transmitter, Boss audio Hp-10 additional wireless headphones, Bose® Around-Ear Headphones for Personal and Portable Listening, the Bose® QuietComfort® 15 Acoustic Noise Cancelling® Headphones, and the list goes on and on.

What I was looking for was a set of headphones that would not only deliver the sound quality I was looking for but also not break the bank.  After all, its not like the kids were going to be using these things every single day.  I finally settled in on a set of Boss headphones because of the positive reviews from actual users themselves.  FOr example when I researched Amazon.com I found that nearly every person that bought a set would recommend them to friends.

Now, not every person gave the Boss headphones a good review as I saw a few people give them only 1 star.  That greatly concerned me so I read into their reviews and what I found out was they were giving the headphones a bad rating because they themselves failed to read what these headphones were made for before purchasing them.  You see, they had bought these headphones to use with video game consoles and not the factory entertainment systems included in most vehicles today.  While Boss headphones are great for a lot of things this is not one of them.  You need to make sure you are buying the right pair of headphones for your needs or you too might end up giving these a low rating.
